MEDITATION
​finding stillness

WEEKLY MEDITATIONS
Join me online for weekly guided meditation classes as I help you find some inner calm and quiet during your week. Each week we explore a different technique for finding stillness, allowing your mind and body to stop, pause and rest - SO important in the world we live. These classes contain some gentle stretching and pranayama (breath work) as well as a guided meditation.

When you book a 1pm Monday Meditation class, regardless of whether you attend the actual live class, you will receive a free recording of the class - available for a week - to practise with at home in your own time. These 30 minute classes are just £6 each or £5 if you purchase a Class Pass or 10 classes.

WHY MEDITATE? Ultimately, to feel happy.
​Meditation is a wonderful asset to have in your life, allowing you to find some peace, calm and equanimity in our ever-increasingly hectic and stressful lives, learning tools and techniques to slow down, switch off and relax. 
The benefits of meditation are huge - you can expect to feel less stressed; sleep better; have more energy; feel more connected; improve your concentration and focus; increase your clarity of mind and experience a sharper focus on life - to name but a few. Students tell me that they now sleep better and have been able to use some of the techniques we've learnt in "real life" situations - to get them through a dental or hospital treatment, for instance, or to calm their nerves on a flight.

I am fully qualified to teach Meditation and have my own personal practice. I trained under the internationally-renowned Swami Saradananda, who has written a number of highly-acclaimed books and was herself a senior student of Swami Vishnu Devenanda.
