Meditation is a wonderful asset to have in your life, allowing you to find some peace and calm in our ever-increasingly hectic and stressful lives, learning tools and techniques to slow down, switch off and relax. The benefits of meditation are huge - you can expect to feel less stressed; sleep better; have more energy; feel more connected; improve your concentration and focus; increase your clarity of mind and experience a sharper focus on life - to name but a few. Students tell me that they now sleep better and have been able to use some of the techniques we've learnt in "real life" situations - to get them through a dental or hospital treatment, for instance, or to calm their nerves on a flight.
I am fully qualified to teach Meditation and have my own personal practice. I trained under the internationally-renowned Swami Saradananda, who has written a number of highly-acclaimed books and was herself a senior student of Swami Vishnu Devenanda.
Sarah Greenall is a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals with over 1500 hours' teaching experience. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Sarah is also an iRest® Level 1 Teacher as well as a trained Meditation teacher.
