In this Hatha Yoga class, I encourage you to work at the level that is right for you. I always offer options and alternatives in the poses we do. I always take a theme to my classes and this might be drawing on yoga philosophy or the physical body e.g hips. Each class is inspired by the last so there is continuation from one week to the next.
Friday Flow 1pm-1.45pm
The Friday Flow class is a perfect class to break up your day, in your lunchtime and just 45 minutes long but still time to get in all the elements of a regular yoga class.
