Yoga offers us the space to stretch deeply, breathe fully and relax completely and I always feel better at the end of a yoga or meditation session compared with how I felt at the beginning. Yoga keeps my body and mind healthy, strong and flexible. It also helps me connect, not just to myself but to others and the world around me. My students say they have improved flexibility, feel more calm, less stressed and more relaxed, they have better posture and improved muscle tone and strength. They also report better mental wellbeing, better sleep, better focus, better balance and better breathing. That's a lot of "betters", "mores" and "improved"!  Come along to class and see what yoga can do for you! Choose from Mixed Level, Gentle or Chair Yoga. MIXED LEVEL YOGA
designed to stretch deeply, breathe fully and relax completely

My Mixed Level Classes are Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings (Hampton Hill, Middlesex and on zoom) and Friday mornings (Long Ditton, Surrey and on zoom). These 75 minute classes are £12 if you purchase a 6 CLASS PASS or £14 if you "pay-as-you-go". I also teach a 45 minute Friday lunchtime Flow - perfect to let go of the tensions of the working week and ease into the weekend, this is priced at £8.50 (or £7.33 if you buy a Class Pass). "A perfect relaxing but invigorating class to fit into your lunchtime break"
I teach classic Hatha Yoga. My weekly Mixed Level classes include relaxation, stretching, static and dynamic posture work (asana), breath work (pranayama) and occasionally meditation. You can expect to stretch and strengthen all your muscles, move all your joints and learn to relax. I welcome all levels including beginners. I encourage you to work at the level that is right for you. Experience the benefits of yoga as I ease you from a mode of "doing" to a state of "being".

GENTLE YOGA

My Gentle Yoga Classes are held on Thursday mornings at The Greenwood Centre, Hampton Hill and livestreamed via zoom as well, giving you the choice of practising from your own home or joining me in person. Classes are £12 for 75 minutes if you purchase a 6 CLASS PASS or £14 if you "pay-as-you-go".

This is a 75 minute Hatha Yoga class that goes at a slower and gentler pace to my Mixed Level classes with less getting up and down from the floor. It is still, however, a mat-based practice and offers you enough of a challenge to feel as though you've worked. You can expect to leave the class feeling as though you've had a good stretch, moved your body, breathed fully and spent time relaxing - looking after both your body and your mind.  FYI we DON'T practise the Sun Salutations in the Gentle Class, so if you absolutely hate them or find them difficult then this is the class for you! It is also suitable for anyone who is recovering from illness or injury. I welcome complete beginners to this class too.

Chair Yoga provides you with a safe and accessible way to practise yoga. It is an excellent way to stretch aching muscles, ease away stiffness, improve circulation, build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, help with pain management and improve mental clarity. A perfect anecdote to a more sedentary lifestyle. These classes are now online so you can practise from the comfort and safety of your own home, wherever you live! They are a great way to keep your joints moving, especially if you're finding you are now less active than you used to be. These classes are also suitable for anyone recovering from injury or someone who perhaps spends all day at the computer or anyone with limited space at home to roll out a yoga mat! 

These classes are 10-11am on Tuesday mornings. They are live-streamed via zoom and when allowed, I teach from The Greenwood Centre, Hampton Hill, upstairs in the Oak Room. Classes are £7.50 for 60 minutes if you purchase a 6 CLASS PASS or £9 if you "pay-as-you-go". If you are a client of Hampton and Hampton Hill Voluntary Care then classes are only £5, please email me to receive a special discount code to book your classes with.
