In this Hatha Yoga class, I encourage you to work at the level that is right for you. I always offer options and alternatives in the poses we do, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi this class will work for you. I always take a theme to my classes and this might be drawing on yogic philosophy or perhaps focus on a part of the physical body e.g hips. Each class is inspired by the last so there is continuation from one week to the next. I place attention on the breath and encourage you to find that connection between your mind, body, breath and inner self. Mondays 7.15pm-8.30pm Wednesdays 9.30-10.45am Fridays 9.30-10.45am The 75 minute classes are £14 each or £12 if you purchase a Class Pass of 10 classes. You can attend the class in person, live on zoom or buy a recording of the current class which is available to watch for a week. Archived classes are available to rent for 48 hours at a cost of £9. |
