​You can expect to leave my yoga class feeling as though you've had a good stretch, moved your body, breathed fully and spent time relaxing - looking after both your body and your mind.
 ​I welcome complete beginners to all my classes.

MIXED LEVEL YOGA
designed to stretch deeply, breathe fully and relax completely

In this Hatha Yoga class, I encourage you to work at the level that is right for you. I always offer options and alternatives in the poses we do, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi this class will work for you.

I always take a theme to my classes and this might be drawing on yogic philosophy or perhaps focus on a part of the physical body e.g hips. Each class is inspired by the last so there is continuation from one week to the next.

​I place attention on the breath and encourage you to find that connection between your mind, body, breath and inner self.

Mondays 7.15pm-8.30pm
Wednesdays 9.30-10.45am
Fridays 9.30-10.45am


The 75 minute classes are £14 each or £12 if you purchase a Class Pass of 10 classes. You can attend the class in person, live on zoom or buy a recording of the current class which is available to watch for a week.

GENTLE
​YOGA

enjoy a slower class, working at your level & your pace

We work at a slower and more gentle pace than the Mixed Level Class and there is less getting up and down from the floor. It is still a mat-based class, however, and it offers you enough of a challenge to feel as though you've worked. FYI we DON'T practise the Sun Salutations in the Gentle Class, so if you find them difficult then this is the class for you! It is also suitable for anyone who is recovering from illness or injury. I always include a physical balance in these classes as it is so important to maintain as we get older.

Thursdays 10-11.15am

CHAIR
​YOGA

suitable for older adults and the less mobile

Chair Yoga provides you with a safe and accessible way to practise yoga. It is an excellent way to stretch aching muscles, ease away stiffness, improve circulation, build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, help with pain management and improve mental clarity. A perfect anecdote to a more sedentary lifestyle. We work with balance too, so important to maintain as we grow older.

These classes are also suitable for anyone recovering from injury or anyone with limited space at home to roll out a yoga mat! 

Tuesdays 10-11am

The 60 min Chair Yoga class is £9 a class or £7.50 if you purchase a 10 Class Pass. 

NB If you are a client of Hampton and Hampton Hill Voluntary Care then classes are only £5, please email me to receive a special discount code to book your classes.

GROUP OR PRIVATE CLASSES

I teach both Group and Private Classes, either on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis (where you can share the cost with a friend or family member).

Group classes are great for a sense of community with like-minded people practising together and friendships can be made, there is a real collective energy when practising yoga or mediation together.

Private classes are ideal for a more personal, bespoke experience as we can focus on areas that you would like to work on - whether that's a particular area eg tight hamstrings or a sore back or maybe you'd like to work towards a particular pose. It also means we can 
go at a pace that's right for you. Get in touch if you are interested. My rates are £60 for 60 minutes for a one to one class (this comes down to £55 a class if you block book 5 classes) or you can share the cost with a friend and it is £80 for a two to one class. 

CORPORATE CLASSES
​- looking after the wellbeing of your staff

I am experienced in delivering yoga classes - both traditional "mat" yoga and chair yoga - to a corporate audience. I currently teach weekly wellbeing classes to Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, offering their home-working staff some lunchtime stretches, mindful breathing and relaxation. WHY DO YOGA?  Because it makes us feel good!!

As we get older, our joints get a little creakier and we can feel stiffer getting up in the morning (or even just up from the sofa!). We might find we are not as supple as we used to be or our balance isn't quite what it was. Well yoga can help! It keeps our body both supple and strong. Mentally, we learn to relax and find calm - this is SO important for our wellbeing with all the worries of the world, our health, our family, our jobs etc that are on us 24/7.

My students say they have improved flexibility, feel more calm, less stressed and more relaxed, they have better posture and improved muscle tone and strength. They also report better mental wellbeing, better sleep, better focus, better balance and better breathing. That's a lot of "betters", "mores" and "improved"!  Come along to class (your first class is FREE) and see what yoga or meditation can do for you!

This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
