Give yourself permission to pause. Step away from the demands of daily life and settle into stillness, where balance can be restored. Turning inward creates space for calm, clarity and a deeper sense of grounding.
Devoted to deep rest, renewal and gentle self-inquiry, these nourishing "Rest and Reflect" afternoon retreats weave together gentle practices such as yin yoga, conscious breathwork, meditation, journalling and yoga nidra and always finish with a sound bath. |
|
Each Rest and Reflect afternoon is unique, gently shaped by the rhythms of the seasons. Practices and themes are thoughtfully curated and you’ll be guided with warmth, clarity and plenty of options, allowing you to move and rest in ways that feel comfortable and supportive for your body.
These afternoons are held at the beautiful Hare and the Moon studio on Twickenham Green - a calm, intimate space perfectly suited to this style of practice. |
"Wonderful sessions - a lovely curation of movement flow, energy shifting and deep sound healing. Can’t wait for the next one! "
|
After our practice, you are welcome to stay for complimentary tea and chocolate afterwards, giving yourself time to "come round" slowly and chat and connect with others before heading home.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter and deeply rested, with a renewed sense of connection to yourself, your breath and what truly matters. |

Sarah Greenall has been teaching yoga since 2015. She created these retreats because she kept seeing the same thing in her students – people who were exhausted, stretched thin and had stopped making time for themselves. The retreats are her answer to that.
Reshma Pankhania (www.energy-alchemist.co.uk) leads the sound bath and energy work. She has a quiet, grounding presence and a knack for helping people actually switch off. |
"Just to say how much I enjoyed the mini retreat. Such a great way to spend the afternoon. Felt so relaxed afterwards, but also felt like I had moved my body as well."
