It's summer - yay! It's a time when many of us take time off providing us with an often much-needed break and change from our regular routine. If you are lucky enough to get away on holiday the actual journey can sometimes be uncomfortable and even stressful (especially if you are a nervous flyer), not always the best start to a holiday.
