I offer various yoga classes, making yoga accessible for everyone, whatever your age, ability and experience. I teach in Hampton Hill (SW London), Long Ditton (Surrey) and online.
I am also a qualified and experienced meditation teacher and have a library of guided meditations, as well as yoga classes, to rent from my on-demand video library. I also teach private clients in bespoke one-to-one classes, as well as leading group events and workshops and weekend retreats. I create a safe, welcoming, friendly space for us to practise yoga together. Students tell me they like my classes because I allow them to work at the level that is right for them. No judgement.
