I offer Mixed Level Yoga classes, Gentle Yoga classes and Chair Yoga classes - making yoga accessible and fun for everyone - whatever your age, ability and experience. I also teach a 6 week Beginner's Yoga Course covering all the basics of yoga.

​I am also a qualified and experienced Meditation teacher and have a library of guided meditations to rent from my on-demand video library.
I create a safe, welcoming, friendly space for us to practise yoga together. Students tell me they like my classes because I allow them to work at the level that is right for them. No judgement. No pressure. No expectation. Understanding and respecting that we are all different.
