This powerful one-day retreat is thoughtfully curated to guide you back to your centre, reconnect you with your inner strength and awaken the confidence that already lives within you. It is also an invitation to lean into your Divine Feminine energy - the energy of intuition, softness, emotional wisdom, creativity and grounded inner power that exists within all of us, regardless of gender.

Through a nourishing blend of mindful movement, guided breathwork, empowering practices, sound healing and restorative stillness, you’ll be guided to tune into the wisdom of your body, calm the nervous system and open the space for clarity, connection and inner alignment to return.

Sarah Greenall has been practising yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2015. "Through my own personal practice, the many trainings I’ve undertaken and my years of teaching, I’ve come to deeply recognise the need to slow down — to pause, to rest and to return to stillness. In a world that moves quickly and clamours for our attention, I believe in creating spaces that offer a space to be, a space to breathe and a chance to reconnect. I believe taking time out for yourself isn’t a luxury, but an essential part of living well."
