"A precious opportunity to completely disconnect from the noise and bustle from the outside world to reconnect with yourself, your body and your spirit."
Less rushing. Less doing.  Less pressure.

More breathing. More space. More being.

Space to Breathe, Permission to Be is a gentle, nourishing day retreat designed to offer what so many of us crave - room to pause, soften and simply rest. In a world that constantly asks for more, this day is an invitation into less. Less noise. Less pace. Less expectation. Inspired by the gentle blossoming of Spring, we gather to honour your natural rhythm and create space - space to breathe deeply, space to release what you’ve been carrying and space to reconnect with yourself without pressure or performance.

This is not about pushing, achieving, expectation, perfection or striving.

This is permission to simply arrive, exhale, soften and be.

Meet your hosts

Picture
Sarah Greenall has been practising yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2015. "Through my own personal practice, the many trainings I’ve undertaken and my years of teaching, I’ve come to deeply recognise the need to slow down - to pause, to rest and to return to stillness. In a world that moves quickly and clamours for our attention, I believe taking time out for yourself isn’t a luxury, but an essential part of living well."
Reshma Pankhania (www.energy-alchemist.co.uk) has always felt a deep connection to energy and intuition. She says "these gifts have been with me for as long as I can remember, quietly shaping the way I move through the world." It was during the stillness of the pandemic that she felt called to share her gifts in service to others. At the heart of her work is a belief in energetic alchemy. Reshma creates space for you to slow down, release what no longer serves and realign with your natural flow. Whether you're navigating change or seeking more presence, you are warmly welcomed into her work.

"Just perfect. You both have the perfect synergy. The food was amazing too! Thank you"
The May retreat will be Sarah and Reshma's 18th event working together, having developed an excellent, united working relationship built on trust and shared vision and beliefs.
