In an overstimulated world where we’re constantly on the go and our nervous systems are always “on,” it’s never been more important to pause. When we slow down and switch off - even for a day - we create the space we need to show up more fully for ourselves and the people we love.

Our day retreats offer that pause.

Life can feel relentless: work, family, caring for children or ageing parents, the invisible mental load, the constant juggling, the background hum of worry. It’s no surprise many of us feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from who we are.

These retreats are designed to gently shift that.

Through grounding yoga, nourishing breathwork, restorative stillness, delicious chef-prepared food, and time to simply be, you’ll feel held, supported and cared for. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to be - just spaciousness to rest, reflect, recharge and reconnect.

Meet your hosts

Sarah Greenall has been practising yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2015. "Through my own personal practice, the many trainings I’ve undertaken and my years of teaching, I’ve come to deeply recognise the need to slow down — to pause, to rest and to return to stillness. In a world that moves quickly and clamours for our attention, I believe in creating spaces that offer a space to be, a space to breathe and a chance to reconnect. I believe taking time out for yourself isn’t a luxury, but an essential part of living well."
Reshma Pankhania (www.energy-alchemist.co.uk) has always felt a deep connection to energy and intuition. She says "these gifts have been with me for as long as I can remember, quietly shaping the way I move through the world." It was during the stillness of the pandemic that she felt called to share her gifts in service to others. At the heart of her work is a belief in energetic alchemy. Reshma creates space for you to slow down, release what no longer serves and realign with your natural flow. Whether you're navigating change or seeking more presence, you are warmly welcomed into her work.
​The January retreat will be Sarah and Reshma's 15th event working together, having developed an excellent, united working relationship built on trust and shared beliefs.

Meet your chef

We are delighted that Sarah Mooney @sauceoflove is joining us again. As a passionate personal chef, she works as a resident chef on luxury retreats; offers private dining for events; menu-tasting consultancy for weddings; and offers bespoke cookery lessons. Sarah specialises in creating vibrant seasonal flavours with a twist. Her infectious enthusiasm and commitment to excellence shine through every dish she prepares. Her creations leave a lasting impression on everyone who indulges in them and she continues to redefine the art of delivering both homely and luxury dining.

£125 (including chef-prepared lunch)

Places are limited and tend to go quickly — booking early is recommended. 
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow (if you like to use one) and a pillow or bolster.

General Information
- Please know that sound baths are NOT recommended for anyone who is in their first trimester of pregnancy. If you are further on in your pregnancy and want to attend the day, please get in touch.
- Please let us know if you have a pacemaker or wear a hearing aid as these could be affected by a sound bath.
- If you are new to my classes, you will be kindly asked to fill out a health/info form. 
- It is your responsibility to declare any health issue or injury that could affect your practice.
- We shall start promptly at 10.30am so please endeavour to arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled, doors open at 10.15am.

- Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to come you are welcome to transfer the ticket to another person.
- If this event is sold out then it is worth joining the waitlist as there are sometimes cancellations. ​
