Deepen your practice
Events, workshops and retreats give us the time to delve a little deeper into the world of yoga and enhance your wellbeing with a group of like-minded people. I collaborate with wonderful, experienced, talented individuals to provide a range of events to support your wellbeing.

Yoga Day Retreats
​Join the "energy alchemist" Reshma and myself for a day away at truly lovely venues allowing you space to be, reset and deepen your yoga practice. Gorgeous lunch provided by professional chef "@sauceoflove". Find out more.

Yin Yoga and Sound Bath afternoons
​Join the "energy alchemist" Reshma and myself for a wonderfully restful afternoon of themed yin yoga, meditation, breathwork and a sound bath. No experience necessary. Each afternoon is different. Find out more.

Woodland Wellness Walks
​Join Psychotherapist and trained Forest Bathing guide Saida and myself for a slow, mindful walk through the woods, engaging all your senses to experience the sights, sounds, smells and textures in nature. These are run every 2 months. Find out more.

​Join myself Sarah, Bina and Nat (Sabinat) for an evening of yoga chanting. Chanting is a wonderful way to reconnect to your true essence, one of heart-felt joy, peace and calm. Find out more.
