Join us on Saturday 21st June, 2.30-5pm at St Francis de Sales Church Hall, Hampton Hill for an afternoon of Yin Yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound bath. 21st June is both the Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga - the perfect time to pause, reflect and renew and explore our own inner radiance.

Following the success of our March and May Wellness Walks we are delighted to announce our next session will be on Monday 7th July in Hampton, TW12 at 10am.

Friday 28th March 2025 hosted by Sarah Greenall & Saida Tahir "It was amazing to feel all of senses as you clearly explained we have forgot how to use them fully. At the beginning all I could hear was the noise of the ‘outside world’ but slowly and beautifully I felt the beauty of nature. I was l lost in the sound of birds the wind blowing on my face and body and feeling the ground underneath me. " |
