Join my 6 week Learn to Meditate course to learn the basics of meditation so you have the knowledge, tools and techniques to develop your own home practice. I will teach you different methods, tell you a little of the history and theory and explain the many benefits of this wonderful practice.
I am fully qualified to teach Meditation and have a daily personal practice. I trained under the internationally-renowned Swami Saradananda, who has written a number of highly-acclaimed books and was herself a senior student of Swami Vishnu Devenanda.

The dates for my Spring Term 2019 Learn to Meditate Course are: - Wed 23rd and 30th January - 6th & 13th February; NO CLASS 20th February as it is HALF TERM; 27th February - 6th March. Course attendees are invited to coffee after the last class of term.
The cost of the course is £78 (the Early Bird Discount has now expired). This is for the 6 classes plus a weekly email for you to keep, summarising what we learn each week in class, this has proven to be a really useful asset for students. If you cannot commit to all the classes and would prefer to pay-as-you-go then the drop-in price is £14 - you will still receive all the weekly emails.
- If you prefer, you can pay for the whole term by bank transfer (please email me email@example.com and I will send you my bank details); cheque (made payable to Sarah Greenall); or cash. - We start promptly so please arrive in good time.
- Please wear comfortable clothing (I don't recommend you wear jeans or anything tight fitting around the waist, so you are free to breathe fully).
- No need to bring anything - I will provide blocks and blankets. You are welcome to sit on a chair if you find sitting on the floor a challenge.
