WHY DO A PRIVATE CLASS? It's all about you! Instead of joining in a group class following the themed class that I have devised, you can enjoy a class that has been developed just for you. This allows you to go at your pace, at your level and more importantly you can focus on what YOU want to get out of your practice. Perhaps you are wanting to develop your strength, or your confidence, or learn more techniques to relax, perhaps have more of an element of meditation. Or maybe you're a runner and want to focus on poses that will help counter tight hamstrings and calves. Perhaps you're a complete beginner and want to learn the basics outside of a group class

Choose your appointment type below and select a day/time to book. It can be just for yourself or you can share it with a friend or family member. I can come to your house or you can come to my studio, or we can practise live online over zoom (this works well if you're pushed for time or are sharing the class with a friend). A 60 minute 1:1 class is a £60 investment and a 2:1 class is £80.
