BEGINNERS' YOGA COURSE
This is a 10 week course. The next course will start 15th January.
Wed & Thurs 9.30am
These classes are suitable for anyone who has practised yoga before. Please note if you are a complete beginners and this is the only time you can make then do get in touch to discuss.
MIXED LEVEL YOGA
Mon 7.15pm & Fri 9.30am
Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.
A new seated yoga class, making yoga accessible to everyone. Incredibly beneficial - using all your muscles and moving all the joints, as well as relaxation and breath work.
Perfect for anyone who prefers a slower pace of class or anyone recovering from injury or illness.
