Hi, I am Sarah Greenall.
I have been practising yoga since 2002 and have found the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness enormous, infiltrating my life on every level - all for the good - and seeing me through all of life's events.
I believe passionately about the power of yoga, both on and off the mat. I would like to think I have changed, for the better, since having yoga in my life - be it my physical health, my overall well-being, or my interactions with other people and how I go about my day-to-day life.
Since discovering yoga after the birth of my eldest child, it went on to help me through my further two pregnancies and births. Over the years my interest grew and as well as going to regular classes, I attended various workshops and courses, before signing up for - and qualifying from - a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited Teacher Training Course. I then trained to teach children aged 3-11 and I am also a fully qualified Meditation Teacher.
My own teacher and mentor, Louise Cashin, is an internationally renowned teacher who has worked alongside many world-class teachers including Judith Hanson Laster, Donna Farhi and Swami Saradananda. Swami Saradananda has also been my teacher for Yoga History and Philosophy and Meditation.
Now, I am a fully qualified and insured Yoga and Meditation Teacher and have experience in teaching complete beginners and experienced students alike. It is an absolute privilege and honour to share the wonderful world of yoga with others.
As well as teaching yoga, I am mother to 3 children and Director of our own family business - a bakery founded by my Grandfather in 1929. My background is Graphic Design and Publishing and I also enjoy art, music, food, travel and the theatre.
