​Life is busy, juggling work and caring for others - perhaps both children and elderly parents. Looking after yourself is imperative, staying fit and healthy so you are able to look after others but also live the life YOU want to live. Yoga is such a great practice, it is a truly holistic practice looking after your whole being, keeping your body flexible and fit but also allowing essential time to de-stress and relax.

This is a Mixed Level Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels (beginners welcome), abilities and experience. Classes are 75 minutes allowing enough time for relaxation at the beginning and end, some breathwork and a proper warm up (so often missed in 60 minute classes). I always talk through the poses step by step and offer modifications to suit all.

Classes are £15 each pay-as-you-go or £13 if you buy a Class Pass of 10 classes. Videos are available for rent if you can't make those days/times, allowing you to practise at home at a time that suits you.

This class works with dynamic Sun Salutations, classic yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), occasional meditation and ALWAYS relaxation. Good for your mind, body and soul.
