MIXED LEVEL YOGA

Life is busy, juggling work and caring for others - perhaps both children and elderly parents. Looking after yourself is imperative, staying fit and healthy so you are able to look after others but also live the life YOU want to live.

​Yoga is such a great practice, it is a truly holistic practice looking after your whole being, keeping your body flexible and fit but allowing time to destress and relax.

This is a 75 minute Mixed Level Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels, beginners welcome. Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings in Hampton Hill and Friday mornings in Long Ditton. Videos available for rent too so you can practise at home.
