Hi, I'm Sarah - as a yoga and meditation teacher, I can help you connect to your mind, body and breath so you can feel GOOD.

As we get older we lose muscle tone and mass, our joints get stiffer, our balance changes, we are often less active and life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Does any of that sound familiar? ABOUT ME

My name is Sarah and I am a fully-qualified, experienced yoga teacher, qualified to teach Yoga (since 2015); Chair Yoga; Meditation; Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra and to lead Kirtan. I create a safe, welcoming, friendly space for us to practise yoga together. Students tell me they like my classes because I allow them to work at the level that is right for them. No judgement. No pressure. No expectation. Understanding and respecting that we are all different.
