Hi, I'm Sarah As an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, I can help you reconnect to your mind, body and breath so you can live well and age well and feel good! My classes and events offer a calm, nurturing space to slow down, move with awareness and come home to yourself. An invitation to step away from the busy'ness and overwhelm of daily life and return to a place of centred, grounded, steady, quiet balance. All the while working with strength, balance, mobility and flexibility - all the things that are important to maintain and develop as we age. |

I’m Sarah, a fully qualified and experienced teacher of Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Kirtan.
I have been practising yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2015. Yoga has transformed my life and makes me feel good. I teach so I can help you feel good too. I love learning and seek to learn from world-class teachers, the authors and senior trainers whose work is recognised and respected internationally, so I can offer the very best guidance to my own students. |
