Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website. ​Here you will find information about the yoga and meditation classes I run in Hampton Hill and Long Ditton, Greater London. I run Beginners; Gentle; Improvers and Mixed Level Hatha Yoga Classes, offering you complete flexibility to swap and change classes to suit your busy lifestyle from week to week. Yoga is a great way to improve your physical and mental flexibility, strength and well-being and I look forward to sharing it with you - offering you the space to stretch deeply, breathe fully and relax completely. I am delighted to announce that I will be hosting a Yoga Retreat at the gorgeous Tilton House, in the glorious Sussex countryside, at the end of May next year. The dates are 31st May - 2nd June 2019. Why do Yoga?
I personally do yoga to keep my body and mind healthy, strong and flexible and I just love that after-yoga glow! My students say they have improved flexibility, feel more calm, less stressed and more relaxed, they have better posture and improved muscle tone and strength. They also report better mental wellbeing, better sleep, better focus, better balance and better breathing. That's a lot of "betters", "mores" and "improved"!  Come along to class and see what yoga can do for you!
