ABOUT MEMy name is Sarah and I am a fully-qualified, experienced yoga and meditation teacher. I create a safe, welcoming, friendly space for us to practise yoga together. Students tell me they like my classes because I allow them to work at the level that is right for them. No judgement. No pressure. No expectation. Understanding and respecting that we are all different.
I practise yoga because it makes me feel great! I teach yoga because I want you to feel good too, allowing you to experience the magic and benefits of the wonderful world of yoga. |
Yoga provides gentle, low-impact (but still strong) exercise and is an excellent way of keeping fit, improving flexibility, balance and strength at any age. In addition to the physical benefits, yoga helps reduce stress and improves our mental well-being. By focussing on the breath and being present, we promote relaxation and learn to calm the mind - a natural antidote to the many worries and anxieties that can keep us awake at night. Through our yoga practice we learn to connect to our inner true essence.
My classes are for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, on a mat or on a chair. They are designed to help you feel good and improve your overall quality of life, whether you're wanting to improve your physical fitness, find a style of exercise that suits you, de-stress, or find a sense of inner peace.
