Welcome! 
My name is Sarah and I teach in a warm, friendly and accessible manner. My clear and resonant voice will guide you through your practice step-by-step, providing a safe space to stretch, breathe and relax. I bring energy, enthusiasm and fun to my teaching and I genuinely love sharing my yoga knowledge with you.

I invite you to join me on-screen (or in person in south west London - lockdowns allowing) for my live classes, be they Mixed Level Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation or Yoga Nidra - there's something for everyone. Namaste.

Yoga offers us the space to stretch deeply, breathe fully and relax completely and I always feel better at the end of a yoga or meditation session compared with how I felt at the beginning. Yoga keeps my body and mind healthy, strong and flexible. It also helps me connect, not just to myself but to others and the world around me. My students say they have improved flexibility, feel more calm, less stressed and more relaxed, they have better posture and improved muscle tone and strength. They also report better mental wellbeing, better sleep, better focus, better balance and better breathing. That's a lot of "betters", "mores" and "improved"!  Come along to class and see what yoga can do for you! This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
