Keeping your independence as you age is vital. Staying strong, mobile and flexible is key to allow you to live your life with relative ease.
Even though this class is chair-based we still get a really good workout, working all the major joints and muscles of the body. We also work with balance - so important as we get older - to help prevent falls and injury. |
