COURSE DETAILS

🗓️ When: Wednesdays, 11am-12:30pm (please note this is 90 minutes, previous courses have been 75 minutes), 27th September; 4th and 11th October - 2 week half term break - 1st, 8th and 15th November. NB if you ever can't make a date you are welcome to come along to any of my other classes within that week free of charge and you will still get the follow up email with details of what we covered in class. If you can't make any of these dates you can join any of my classes as a beginner, please get in touch.

FAQs
What if I can't make all the dates? No problem.  If you can't make the Wednesday Beginner's class, you will be very welcome to attend any of my other 5 classes within that week, free of charge, I also send out a weekly newsletter to the attendees of the course recapping what we learnt. Each week has some overlap with what we learnt the week before and we build on what we have learnt.
What if I can't touch my toes? It doesn't matter! Bend your knees - there's always a way round it! I always offer alternatives and options to what I teach.
Do I need a yoga mat? Ideally yes, bring your own mat. I do have a few that can be used but not enough for everyone so just let me know - first come, first served. If you are planning on buying one please see my FAQ page for buying advice.
I have high blood pressure is that a problem? No, not at all. I kindly ask everyone to fill out a form before the start of the course so I am aware of any health conditions or injuries and then offer adjustments or alternatives accordingly.
What happens at the end of the course? you will have the knowledge and confidence to join a regular weekly yoga class - either my Mixed Level or my Gentle class. Alternatively, you can choose to follow on with a small group 4-week Improver's Course. This option allows you time and space to further develop your practice and build your confidence. The choice is yours and both options are available to support your continuous growth in yoga.
I am really interested in learning yoga but can't make any of the dates Get in touch with me and we can discuss your options. I welcome beginners to all my weekly general classes; or you could have a one-to-one private class; or wait until my next 6 weeks Beginners course, I run one per term.
