I teach yoga to people all the way through to their 90s, so I understand the changes and challenges of the body and mind as we age. I know the importance of maintaining and developing our balance, flexibility and strength to help us live well and age well. As well as the basic poses, I weave in yoga philosophy in a simple and meaningful way, helping you understand how yoga can support you off the mat as well as on it.
