What you will gain:

🧘‍♀️ Deepened knowledge: time to recap the basics to make sure you really understand the foundations but also look at some poses not included on the Beginners Course such as Pigeon pose and Shoulderstand.
​🤸‍♂️💪 Developed flexibility, strength and balance: develop your current level of fitness, flexibility and strength (core and shoulder/arm in particular) and continue to work on and improve your balance
🌬️ Power of breath: explore further pranayama (breath) techniques not covered on the 6 week course.
🚶‍♀️ Good posture: continued awareness and development of posture be it standing or seated.
🧘‍♂️ Meditation: time to explore more meditation techniques, not every technique suits everyone so find what suits you.
​🕉️ Benefits of yoga: continue to experience first-hand the incredible benefits of yoga - better sleep, less stress, lower blood pressure, increased fitness and flexibility, enhanced immune system, increased sense of wellbeing and so much more.

What the course includes:

🧘‍♀️ 4 x 75 minute in-person classes: in a relaxed, small group setting with time and space to stop, recap, ask questions. ​All props (apart from yoga mat) provided - NB I have a few mats which can be borrowed, please enquire.
📩 Follow-up emails: benefit from useful, informative emails after each class, recapping the covered material and providing suggestions for home practice.
🎥  Complimentary videos: access tutorial videos and classes to support your practice at home.

🗓️ When: Wednesdays, 11am-12.45pm (please note this is 75 minutes), this will run after Easter, 23rd and 30th April, 7th and 14th May 2025

📍 Where: The Stanton Room, the main hall downstairs at The Greenwood Community Centre, School Road, Hampton Hill, TW12 1QL. Click here for venue information.
