I teach in Hampton Hill, SW London (Mondays to Thursdays) and Long Ditton, Surrey  (Fridays). My Chair Yoga class is also live-streamed so you can join via zoom from your home.

The Greenwood Community Centre

Mixed Level, Gentle Yoga and my Chair Yoga classes are held in the main "Stanton Hall" downstairs. There are toilets and changing facilities at the venue. My Beginner's Course will be held upstairs in the Oak Room.

Getting there: School Road is off Windmill Road which lies between Uxbridge Road, A312 and Hampton Hill High Street. There are three on-site parking places to the left of the building which you can use if available, or parking is free on School Road and all adjoining side roads. You can also park for free in the car park on Hampton Hill High Street behind the little Sainsbury's. There is easy bus access via the 285, R70 and R68 buses. 

Long Ditton Village Hall

Our yoga practice takes place in the Lower Hall (the red-brick building seen on the left), a lovely spacious, warm hall. Access is via the side door in Ewell Road, directly into the hall, as seen in the middle picture below.

Getting there: Long Ditton Village Hall is located on the corner of Ewell Road and Thorkhill Road, which is off the Portsmouth Road, A307. There is a free on-site car park for our use and free parking on Ewell Road, alongside our hall.
