In addition to the physical benefits, yoga helps reduce stress and improves our mental well-being. By focussing on the breath and being present, we promote relaxation and learn to calm the mind - a natural antidote to the many worries and anxieties that can keep us awake at night.

Yoga is a holistic practice and through it we learn to connect to our inner true essence and this really can be transformational.
